There are some places you keep to yourself. This summer, La Cour des Consuls is throwing open the gates to its inner courtyard.
From June to September, the hotel rolls out its ‘Chill & Chic’ summer programme — a mix of live music, cocktails crafted by mixologists, themed evenings and fine dining, seven days a week. Here’s the complete guide to make sure you don’t miss a thing.

The bar is transformed into a stylish games lounge. Chess matches, signature cocktails and a gourmet selection. Minimum spend required.
Thursday
The Cénacle Evenings
Le Cénacle · By reservation only: The Fork
Live piano, candlelit dinners, Create & Shake with a guest mixologist. A different experience every week, always sophisticated.
Friday
Jazz evenings
Bar & Terrace · Recommended drinks
Live performers take to the stage at the Bar every Friday evening. In the courtyard all summer long, for a unique atmosphere under the Toulouse night sky.

DJ sets, signature cocktails created by our mixologists and a gourmet selection in the courtyard. Six hours of music and Toulouse sunshine.

Brunch & Tango
Brunch 12 noon–2 pm · Tango from 3 pm
A signature brunch created by Chef Maxime Canal. Later in the day, an introductory session and a milonga dance in the courtyard (€15 entry fee).
