Our French 46 cocktail, the subtle embodiment of French elegance, combines the freshness of gin, the liveliness of yellow lemon and the delicacy of a homemade simple syrup. A few drops of Peychaud bitters awaken the taste buds before a final sparkling touch of champagne. A refined creation, with tangy and spicy notes, designed to offer a sophisticated effervescent experience.
The courtyard is home to the bar terrace. Overlooked by the rooms on the upper floors, the terrace is the perfect place to enjoy a delicious cocktail in the open air and soak up the Toulouse sunshine. A confidential terrace out of sight.
