Open every day, from Thursday to Saturday from 8am to midnight and from 8am to 11.30pm from Sunday to Wednesday, our hotel bar in Toulouse is a hidden gem and exclusive venue in the heart of the Carmes district.

Le 46 offers classic, signature and ‘create and shake’ cocktails, as well as a wide selection of champagnes and spirits. Our cocktail menu is available every day from 5 pm.

Garron 46

The French 46 is an elegant and refined creation that celebrates the French art of living. It combines the rounded shapes of the Blanche d’Armagnac, the floral delicacy of the violet syrup and the freshness of the lemon. A few drops of homemade bitters add depth and aromatic complexity, before a hint of champagne ...which enhances the overall experience with its finesse and effervescence. A subtle and sophisticated cocktail, with floral, fruity and slightly spicy notes, designed to offer an elegant tasting experience.
