Open every day, the Brasserie des Consuls welcomes you to the heart of the Carmes district in Toulouse.
Created by chef Maxime Canal, the menu takes you on a culinary journey from Toulouse to the Mediterranean coast, following the course of the Canal du Midi.
From Tuesday to Saturday, discover our set menus from €21 at lunchtime and €29 in the evening. On Sundays and Mondays, a reduced menu is available.
On Sunday lunchtimes, it’s time for the Brunch des Consuls, served from 12 noon to 2 pm.
